A few details are out for the first 2 episodes......
Episode 9.1 'Fallen' Jesse Cardoza dies -- from what, is unsure at this point. Everyone else seems safe & is working the case. Sources say the episode ends with a very emotional funeral; it is said to bring the team closer together.
Episode 9.2 'Sudden Death' Features a murder by champagne.
Yeah I heard that Eddie was leaving the show and then I heard that someone dies so I kinda put the 2 together and assumed that Jesse was going to die. Was he in the lab when when everyone collapsed? I don't remember seeing him. Hmmmm I guess it's going to be a mystery until season 9 and I absolutely CANNOT WAIT!!!!!!! I'm soooo EXCITED for the new season, yet I'm not because I hear it's the last season and I think I might cry when it's over): I'm just happy that as far as I know Natalia is ok thankfully and hopefully my Ryan is ok too(: Btw, I wonder how they're hiding Emily Proctor's pregnancy if they aren't writing it in?

Episode 4 is entitled 'Manhunt' and brings back Season 4 villian Meemo (Mala Noche member who shot & killed Marisol) who's now escaped from prison.
~~~~~~~~
Can't say I'm too thrilled for those spoilers or character returns (though episode 3 sounds pretty good actually)... here's hoping we get something on Natalia soon!
^^ My guess is that it's more about her hearing impairment -- spoilers indicate that the witness shows the CSIs that he's still capable of being a reliable witness even though he's blind/impaired.
You're probably right, but it's always nice to know more about Natalia and hope that we might learn more about her with potentially only one more season left to go.
Maybe Calleigh and Eric will get married and go on a honeymoon for like half the season and we won't hear much from them and we can get more Natalia/Eva time and some Ryan/Jonathan time
whaha! The next one who needs to leave for a couple of episodes needs to be Calleigh/Emily. :) Than there is only one girl left (Natalia/Eva) and than she get all the attention, especially from Ryan & Eric.
But then Ryan & Eric get angry on eachother because, Eric still has feelings for Natalia & Ryan has a crush on her! So they get a fight xD. Than Natalia shows up and asks: "Why are you two fighting?" Then Eric says: "I still have feelings for you." Than Natalia says: "But you're with Calleigh!" Eric: "I know." Natalia to Ryan: "So why are you in this fight?" Ryan: "Because I love you" And than accidentally Natalia says: "I love you to" And than.. the lovely akward kiss. ( what happens with Eric? xD I don't know!
haha thats GREAT!!!!!!! and then Eric can go run off into a corner and cry And then he kidnaps Natalia then gets fired for it and then he's gone FOREVER! MWA-HA-HA-HA-HAAA!!!!!!!
The evil laugh just adds to the effect of just how outrageous that sounds lol
Then Calleigh will get all upset because she loved Eric and he doesn't love her so she gets all depressed and quits her job and then she's gone FORVER! MWA-HA-HA-HA-HAAA!!!!!!!
I'm starting to notice a trend in my storyline lol
Moving back to the spoilers, I wonder how Natalia will connect with the blind witness. The witness must have a very actue sense of hearing. I hope we get to know how bad her hearing really is (or not)?
I think she will probably connect on a level of they have both lost one of the most important senses. It doesn't necessarily have to be that the person Natalia connects with has an acute amount of hearing, but that they have lost one of their senses wich is very difficult. I bet the hearing loss will put extra stress on Natalia because it's basically like Nick is haunting her from the grave. Even though he's been dead for years he's still causing her problems that will now interfere for the rest of her life.
I think I'd prefer that TPTB drag the hearing loss/cohclear concussion out a little further & then maybe have her seek surgery towards the end of the new season. I still need to know more about the abuse angle & why it was brought up again -- it seemed to just surface a bit & then that was it....so some answers on that would be nice, and also knowing how bad her hearing loss is (6+ months is a long time to wear a hearing aid if it was only caused by the explosion....you'd think a member of the team would question why she still needs the aid).
I'm no doctor, but considering her cochlear is already fractured from Nick's abuse....I would think that even the slightest impact/head trauma would further damage it. So, there's many opportunities there to toy around with for the writers -- I just hope they put this storyline to good use & let Eva run with it --she's fantastic with the emotional stuff!!
ICExCREAM: That would be interesting, but that would mean that Natalia would have been part of whatever happened and that could be a very good and very interesting show.
mjszud: Maybe bringing up the abuse could be a slight forshadowing. And yes, Eva is AMAZING with the emotional stuff!!!!!!!
I don't think it should heal after some surgery, it will be the same as Grissom and never mentioned ever again. Unless there is another new storyline for her. Fractures should have headed too but I still don't really get the medical side of her hearing issues.
But I agree with the abuse angle, I want to know more.
Well she had a cochlea concussion and that's the auditory part of the inner ear... so it's very important and the loud noise from the blast caused some of the hair cells to die which caused partial hearing loss... which won't fix itself unfortunately
Yeah we need to know more because they only spent time in about 3 episodes on all of the abuse stuff.
Episode 5 is titled 'Reality Kills'. I haven't seen anything too interesting on that one.
Episode 6 titled 'Sleepless in Miami' -- this is one we'll want to watch out for. Natalia acts as a client of a woman who claims she can read a person's energy -- in the process, Natalia is drugged & the team is off to search for her.
It's mentioned that she talks about her ex-husband hitting her during the "reading", so there could be some great background info there. Definitly something for us to look forward to!
OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!! mjszud where are you finding all of this?!
I am soooo looking forward to episode 6 if you're getting credible information. Poor Natalia getting drugged and re-living bad memories But at least we'll find out more. I keep telling myself "she's a fictional character" lol "she never got hit because she's fictional" lol. It's like when I was little and when on TV addvertisements it said "batteries not included" I thought it meant that it didn't need batteries lol. I've always been obsessed with battery chargers and extra batteries because I was afraid they would die lol
^^ I haven't been to the Wiki site in a very long time -- no, it's not where I get any information. Wiki sites aren't very reliable because anyone & everyone can post content.
My information comes from TalkCSI (the spoiler lab thread), & some that I find at other spoiler sites or hear from people who do get thier hands on spoilers.
I don't have CSI Miami on television, not monday or tuesday not even wednesday or thursday! Orrr Friday, saturday, sunday! Never ever! I hope it will come back soon. >:(
Sorry, but I can't find any information on that: Talk CSI. I don't understand anything of it!! Aargh; I sound like a stupid idiot. Can you please give me (us) the link where everything of season 9 + spoilers + information stands? It's freaking me ouuut! Sorry that I'm asking to much, but now I wanna know everything!!!
I get the season 8 re-runs on Sunday and Monday at 10:00pm and re-runs of season 2 and 3 on Saturday and Sunday at 1:30am. It's so sad it's not a season between 4 and 8
aaah, how sad!! & soo stupid, why re-runs from season 8, 2 and 3. Make sure that they are re-runs from 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Lol. Than you can give a marathon party, that I can join!! :P
Season 6-8 is where we had hardly any Natalia appearance. I remember when I saw S7 and all the time it seemed to be the same one-two characters, spoilt the show, I just had to turn it off. Better to watch if I have a FF button.
Back to S9, I hope we have some official news to give us a general direction for Natalia.
