Arrogance In General for anyone who is famous or not

One thing I would hope wouldn't happen but may already have...........The total disregard for ones' fans.

Stardom should never make one forget who makes them a star, if it weren't for the fans who watch and pay to see movies and such for a star should never let said stardom go to their head.

Ones' ego should never go above others and think they are better than anyone else.  I would hope if I were to ever become 'famous' I would never forget where I came from and those who were truly my friends and got me to be 'famous'.  Being that I know I personally will never be famous on television or anything like that stardom will never take me over.

However, I have 'stars' who I admire and have admired all my life (At least as far back as I can remember)  Some I can say still live up to keep my admiration, others, not so much. I've met some stars and for the most part I can say they were nice and kind, over the years after reading about some actors/actresses.....I can say that some of them don't make me too proud. (Not necessarily the ones I've met just in general).  Take for instance, the stars who today seem to be influencing the younger generation.....A lot of them are getting into things that people their age have no business to be exposed to. I blame a lot on the parents, maybe they are mocking what they have known to happen all their lives because their parents may be famous.  Or the parents have so much money and they choose to allow their 'famous' children to just do what they want because they can, it isn't a very good example.

So, I hope you younger fans aren't easily influenced by the negativity of your favorite stars, just because they don't seem to pay attention to you, someday you will find that your 'infatuation' is just that.  It will be the star you admire that will eventually suffer in the end, because if they choose to snub you for no disregard and decided that they appear to keep you in a loop when actually you never hear any real news unless you already saw it on television first instead of being informed first, said star will come to realize when their 15 minutes of fame are up it will be because of their own stupidity for disregarding you in the first place.

So the next time you see your star magazine and other entertainment news and you are reading something be smart and realize as long as you admire your favorite star and wish them to succeed even if you as a fan are never really told, you do matter, and hopefully your favorite star is not influencing you down the wrong roads.

So my moral to my rant:

Stay away from those stars who seem to be breaking the laws of or land and never get in trouble or seem to be getting chances we as everyday people will never have. Don't do drugs, don't drink and drive, and wear your seatbelt no matter if you think it will help you or not. Don't talk or text on your cell phone while driving either whatever you have to say can wait because you may not ever get to say what you want ever again if you are in jail or dead from an accident because you didn't pay attention to the road.

I agree, I don't like celebs who break all these laws and rules just because they think they are special and can get away with it when they really can't and shouldn't.

I have never read an article or interview that suggests that Eva has broken the law. Yes, there was that whole gate thing, but no one was injured from what Eva was doing, and the reasons she gave were reasonable in a sense that she was trying to maintain protection for herself and her familly. So if Eva's done anything bad, she's sure done a good job of hiding it lol(:

Eva seems like a very "familly-friendly" type of celebrity to me(:

I agree, Eva isn't one to be in the news for things such as these. I believe that law about the gate thing was dumb, it was some type of area when you live like an example on a lane like the women on Desperate Housewives where everything has to be in certain 'code' or the whole neighborhood complains about it.

Although, it would be nice if she would check in here and actually talk to you all that have been faithfully checking in here everyday and keeping the board active. In her opening statement on her main page she even said she was going to change and do just that to keep us all informed and give us little tidbits of her entertainment world.
My jab of 'ignoring the fans' sort of goes towards that.

I don't mean it to sound rude I'm sorry if it offends anyone that is not my intent. My main jab was at the headlines where all of these younger stars think they should be treated as if they are royal people and are above the law and what they do seems to be what 'impresses' the younger crowd in a very very negative manner.  If I were a mother, I would hope I would be able to get the point across that what these young stars are doing is not how people should actually be living.

I'm not sure if I was left out of the loop my whole life, but when I was in school many many moons ago......I was never even encouraged to try drugs, smoke cigarettes, etc. We were just taught simply to live life and enjoy it while you can, because there is a time when you have to grow up and rise above those who just don't care about who they harm.

Ok, rant over.

I'm not offended because I know nothing was directed towards me. I just wasn't entirely sure what you were getting at lol.
