@ Livdances Episodes are filmed long in advance - Procter was still pregnant when they filmed this one (F-T-F), so I imagine Calleigh is not in the field (she's in the ballistics lab, so probably just testing the weapon).
The cast has just returned this last week & is filming episode 15 (Natalia's "tie up" episode). From what I understand, Procter is still on maternity leave & will not be in the episode.

I like how we saw Natalia very independently... Went after suspect with gun (don't remember that ever happening) and was the only CSI to make the arrest of the mother. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!
That episode was actually really good(: I wasn't expecting that little twist at the end lol(:

Yes, it was a great scene too. I love how her voice was loud and clear and commanding. All in all great moments. Her laughter was the best.
I prefer these kind of cases, doesn't matter if its idea came from a real case. Rather these than those all out ridiculous cases, body dropping from the sky, mass murderer doesn't get caught, etc. But I thought the way they preserve a crime scene was a big huh.
Yeah I love how it was actually a normal case with just a bit of a twist. I love Ryan just yelling at Walter to get the gun and he's just like "huh?!" and then Ryan finally goes and dives for it. Aaaannnnddddd we get to see Jonathan drenched in water two weeks in a row(;
This kind of has to do with this... but for some reason I like left-handed people lol(: Two of my best friends are left handed, Jonathan Togo is left-handed, and my favorite Beatle Paul McCartney is a left-handed guitar/bass player.
Strangggeeeeee...

Yeah that scene was great! So funny when she tells "Rick" he's met his match. I feel like I probably couldn't give Rick that good of a beating like she did either lol(:
I also loved the little bit at the end when her and Ryan were being really close and all happy(:

Strange when that show took over CSI Miami monday's slot and now sunday's slot. Think CSI Miami ain't going anywhere just yet, still able to hang on two seasons or so, that is if it remains what it is now.
For once, I agree messing up with the time slot can really irritate viewers. I think even though with the changes, there is still this bunch of audience that really follow the show. Oh well.
Sunday actually works better for me because my grandma won't let me stay up till eleven on weeknights. She lets me on Sundays since I've had a whole weekend of sleeping in. I feel like there's still a ton of people who follow too.

Now I really loved all the scenes of Natalia in 9.15 and I can't really choose one.
All her expressions and emotions are right on cue. It did seem as though she was the only one feeling and putting her heart into this case. For the guys, it just seemed like another typical case.
The episode was fair but at least it still contained some good scenes.
Liked her climbing the tree and her reaction when she realised it was a human hunting game.
And also her kicking the hunter at the end. Smart and quick move.
One thing I realised, often no one seem to notice when there are people sneaking up behind them. Last episode it was Natalia herself, this episode we've quite a few. Don't they make footsteps noises?
I could maybe understand Natalia not hearing someone just because of the her hearing issues... but the other guys would have heard rustling of grass or something.

Nice to see her chasing for a change and being so hands on. Well though the chasing wasn't that much it was just good to see. And she wasn't wearing heels.
Needless to say I loved all the scenes. Being kidnapped, Natalia was pretty brave about it. I laughed a little when she grumbled when she was just rescued from the car wreck. The banging on the table when they lost the signal showed her frustration and at the end, her "I'll be there every step of the way" is now her new tag line.
Did Natalia got sprayed by blood right there? Eeww but a rather good moment. They kinda used this weird lighting which reminds me of her in Sleepless in Miami and the blood she saw.
EWWW Blood, spit, and sweat... It would have been interesting if it had been Ryan since he's OCD. I know that it would definitely put mine in overdrive even though I'm just one of the ones who cares more about just handwashing when it comes to dirt and germs.

Feel weird to say this but I loved the ending scene of S9 finale though it was heartbreaking!!! She really made sure she scared us there, the scream and all. Awesome job, Eva.
I wonder why Natalia always get to meet the wrong guys. Even when she tries to help, they still want to hurt her. Oh man! I hope next season will be a happy season for Natalia after all she has been through this season.
